About Mark
Mark Baxendale is an industrial relations specialist with over 40 years of experience advising organisations on workforce issues in complex and often highly unionised environments.
His experience includes industrial relations strategy, collective bargaining and negotiation, trade union engagement, and dispute resolution, including acting as lead negotiator in sensitive and high-risk situations.
His approach is commercially pragmatic, hands-on, and focused on achieving workable outcomes in challenging circumstances.
